Kevin and his team have been exceptional property managers for us for the past 5 years.
We bought our house newly built in 2018, and after we moved out our first tenants actually left the place a complete mess with a fair amount of damage. Kevin said it was the worst damage he’s seen without an eviction. But he took care of everything. He repaired all the damage, let the old tenants know their security deposit would be covering all the repairs, and had a lease signed with a new tenant within a month. Those tenants have been great and we’ve had them ever since.
Not every property manager delivers that kind of exceptional service. Kevin has made our lives much easier.
