Kevin Bowes is a San Diego native and has been in the real estate industry since 2003. Kevin brings his years of expertise to assisting homeowners with the successful management of their investment property. His professional experience as a business owner and sales trainer provides Kevin the ability to focus on what matters most, especially when it comes to developing lasting relationships and delivering authentic client and customer care.
As a collegiate athlete at UCLA, he placed 5th in the 1999 PAC-10 Finals Steeplechase and earned All-Academic PAC-10 honors. Kevin continues to excel in his real estate career with the same passion and competitive spirit as he demonstrates in his successful athletic career.
Kevin took over 5 units that I own after I felt my previous management company was not putting in much effort. He and his team successfully navigated some overdue upgrades including a much needed termite fumigation. Then they staged the unit and took some great new photos at no cost. Ultimately we had a new tenant move-in at a $600 monthly increase and the place looks great.

Kevin and his team have been exceptional property managers for us for the past 5 years.
We bought our house newly built in 2018, and after we moved out our first tenants actually left the place a complete mess with a fair amount of damage. Kevin said it was the worst damage he’s seen without an eviction. But he took care of everything. He repaired all the damage, let the old tenants know their security deposit would be covering all the repairs, and had a lease signed with a new tenant within a month. Those tenants have been great and we’ve had them ever since.
Not every property manager delivers that kind of exceptional service. Kevin has made our lives much easier. When we first hired him, he said his goal was to make it so that we never even had to think about taking care of our house. He has done exactly that.
